Taking the time to be with yourself creates space. Space allows you to focus on what’s going right (not wrong) and gives you time to reinforce why you’ve always been good enough. This, in turn, creates the energy and momentum you need to become the changemaker you’ve always wanted to be.

Returning Home to Yourself

This is my 1:1 empowerment coaching program designed to take you from living in overwhelm and self-doubt, to thriving in confidence. Set across 10 weeks, we’ll dive into a range of different topics all laser-focused on guiding you home to YOU. Delivered online and via WhatsApp and email, I’ll walk alongside you as you navigate through murky waters, doing the real work to make lasting change in your life. 

This personal coaching program is for you if:

  • You’re fed up with feeling stuck and are done with the daily struggle

  • You’re tired of hiding your own feelings and ready to start respecting yourself and prioritising your own needs.

  • You’re willing to commit to doing the ‘real work’ to transform your beliefs

  • You’re ready to get rid of the excuses and change negative emotions, like guilt and shame

  • You’re ready to stop overextending yourself and start living with balance, ease and joy, recognising that you are enough as you are.

  • You want to trust yourself, your decisions, and your abilities without needing external approval.

  • You want to start enjoying downtime and give your tired soul a chance to rest and recover.

  • You want to do more things that light you up, make you feel happy

Here’s where we’re going…

  • Uncover the story you tell about your life and who you are.

    We begin by identifying the lens through which you see everything in life. You’ll take inventory of your life’s significant landmarks and investigate what’s shaped your life so far. By the end of this week, you’ll be conscious of the programming running and creating results in your life.

  • Define the core limiting beliefs that are working in the unconscious.

    I’ll help you become more familiar with where your beliefs originate so you can consciously decide which ones to eliminate, shift or update. This is done via an easy and noninvasive treatment you can use on your own long after our work is done.

  • Learn how to process emotions as signals.

    Many of us don’t know how to understand emotions, sit with them and let them go. In this week, we’ll work through any old, blocked emotions – like anger and resentment – and challenge any biassed expectations hanging around causing you harm.

  • Understand the default negative thinking styles and subconscious programming that’s running your life.

    Together, we’ll identify familiar ways of thinking and how it’s affecting your decisions, behaviours and keeping you stuck. We’ll also work through alternative, more empowering ways of thinking, so you can get off autopilot and feel more in control of your life.

  • Recognise your true inner voice and become your own cheerleader.

    That negative inner voice typically shows up at the most inconvenient time, just as you’re about to try something new. However, instead of aligning with it, I can show you how to acknowledge it and keep going. By changing the way you speak to yourself, you can build your appetite for risk and go after those big lofty dreams!

  • Challenge your negative self-evaluations and lower their emotional charge.

    When you start thinking differently about yourself, your whole world can change. We’ll focus on developing self-acceptance and self-compassion as foundational practices for trusting yourself more and caring less about external validation. Shifting unhelpful ways of thinking and recognising past accomplishments will help you create a more balanced and compassionate self-evaluation, making space for greater self-love

  • Recognising all the wonderful and valuable parts of YOU.

    We’ll continue painting a new picture of how you see yourself. Specifically, I’ll support you in owning your accomplishments, naming your strengths, and recognising your abilities and skills. We’ll also identify your top five strengths using a comprehensive report, so you’ll know exactly how to use them to enhance your life and increase your confidence.

  • Flip the switch to start focusing on what’s going right, not what’s going wrong.

    In week 8, we’ll begin by acknowledging what you’re doing well and how reframing situations allows you to feel more in control. Coupled with a growth mindset, you’ll start to see possibilities in every challenge. By shifting your perspective, you not only change how you experience setbacks but also uncover new opportunities for growth. We’ll also practice gratitude as a powerful tool to maintain this positive shift.

  • Find a sense of purpose and meaning by uncovering your values and what you stand for in this world.

    In week 9, we’ll identify and explore what your guiding principles are in life. You’ll articulate what’s most important to you and gain clarity on what and why you can get triggered.

  • Taking stock of how far you’ve come and crafting a new story to carry you forward.

    In our last week together, it’s all about identifying future actions that align with the best vision of YOU. From new habits and routines, to self-care and goal setting, to finding and scheduling events that bring you more joy, we’ll explore areas that you’ve always wanted to tackle, but never had the time for.

  • Pre-course Introduction

    To begin, we’ll meet for 30 minutes online to set intentions and decide on a path forward. This is where we set the tone for what’s to come.

  • 10 x 1:1 Coaching Sessions

    We’ll meet every week for 90-minutes online to dive into the program content. Each week has a theme and relevant tools and activities I’ll guide you through.

  • Weekly Worksheets

    Before and after each session I’ll give you relevant worksheets to guide our work together. These tap into the weekly theme and give you an opportunity to cement your learnings.

    To keep you on track, you’ll have unlimited access (8:30 am – 6:00pm ACDT) with me via WhatsApp. Ask questions, share insights and get the support you need to build momentum.

  • Guided Meditations & Grounding Exercises

    To help you return home to yourself, I’ll share simple and easy guided meditations and grounding exercises you can do everyday.

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Scripts

    To support the work we do in sessions, I’ll provide you with personalised EFT scripts designed to address the specific issues we’re working through. These scripts are tailored to your unique needs, and you’ll have the flexibility to use them at your own pace, allowing you to continually shift energy and beliefs between sessions.

  • Power Statements

    We’ll craft personalised power statements designed to help you gain clarity and confidence when replacing limiting beliefs. You’ll carry this with you, using them to strengthen your new beliefs whenever you need a boost. ,

  • Post-course wrap-up

    After 10 weeks together, we’ll meet again for 30 minutes to reflect on the journey. This session is designed to make sure you feel confident to move forward on your goals.
