Unsure of my purpose…..to believing in myself and receiving everything I wanted.

I felt stuck in life...I was an empty nester who was unsure of my purpose in life....a close friend of mine told me about Karen and how she changed her life/mindset. I was intrigued. So I reached out to Karen, and we had a 20-minute chat about what I wanted to achieve in life. It was the best 20 minutes I spent in years! Moving from a place of self doubt…..to self belief

I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Karen. Her support and guidance have allowed me to move from a place of self-doubt, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, not being able to take compliments, and people-pleasing to a place of self-acceptance, self-belief; I can step out and see other people’s perspectives in a situation, I now say thank you to compliments instead of giving an excuse back, knowing that it’s ok to fail and take your lessons with you, trusting and honouring who I am as a person along the way.
