Before seeing Karen, I use to focus on my limitations and compare myself to others, which always made me feel like I was never good enough. Now, I spend more time living and working in the 'strengths zone', and I can fully acknowledge what I bring to the table. I might not have been working in my position as long as some people in my department, but I no longer feel inferior nor feel the need to compare myself to them. I understand that I bring something unique and different, thanks to Karen and that feels good to me.

I blend a range of psychological principles from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) together with tools and strategies from NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Strategic Coaching; to help you uncover your blind spots, let go of underlying patterns causing you stress, and replace them with healthy mindset habits and behaviours that are in alignment with the changes you want to make.

I am very much about addressing the underlying patterns driving the unwanted behaviour and getting to the root of your challenges, so they don’t present themselves later in life. As well as providing you with tools to manage life’s challenges after our time together.
