Before seeing Karen, I use to focus on my limitations and compare myself to others, which always made me feel like I was never good enough. Now, I spend more time living and working in the 'strengths zone', and I can fully acknowledge what I bring to the table. I might not have been working in my position as long as some people in my department, but I no longer feel inferior nor feel the need to compare myself to them.
