Shifting to living a new version of your life requires us to challenge any limiting beliefs and replace them with positive patterns that allow you to see and think about yourself and your life differently.
Having held roles in the business world for many years and now experience in running my own business, I understand the pressure and the effort it takes to be successful and I know first-hand how damaging self-doubt, negative self-talk and feeling not good enough can prevent you from accepting and enjoying your success.
I am here to listen, help you find what you are looking for and provide you with the support you need in a safe space without judgement.
I have 6 years of professional coaching experience working for myself but many more during my time leading teams.
I blend a range of psychological principles from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) together with tools and strategies from NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Strategic Coaching; to help you uncover your blind spots, let go of underlying patterns causing you stress, and replace them with healthy mindset habits and behaviours that are in alignment with the changes you want to make.
I am very much about addressing the underlying patterns driving the unwanted behaviour and getting to the root of your challenges, so they don’t present themselves later in life. As well as providing you with tools to manage life’s challenges after our time together.
