When do you say “I can’t” most often — and is that actually true?

just because you couldn't do something when you were younger doesn't mean that you can't do it now that you are older

....maybe you didn't have the resources or scope to execute it back then..........

....but today, you are in a much better position to take on new things.

I couldn't study when I was in school, but when I went back to University, I had to teach myself how to study, which was conducive to my learning style.

What was not possible when you were younger may not truly reflect what is possible for you today.

Don't let C A N ' T be a part of your vocabulary.

Change is one of the only certainties in life, and

Change is one of the only certainties in life, and it's not always easy.

If you're resisting change and feeling stuck, it might be time to ask yourself:

What is it that I want to do? and

What is standing in my way?

Could it be time to try something different?

Could there be something better waiting for your if you let go of wanting it one way?

Maybe it's time to shift things by thinking about it differently.

How else could you think about this?

Who else is in the habit of tweaking and adjusting

Who else is in the habit of tweaking and adjusting, making sure that everything is ........just right?

Perfectionism can hold you back from putting your best foot forward, and it's one that I've struggled with for years. (recovering perfectionist)

If something wasn't perfect, I didn't want to show it to anyone—and sometimes, even if it was "perfect," .......

I had convinced myself it just wasn't the best I could do; therefore......'"better not put it out there."

But here's the thing: perfectionism isn't as necessary as we think it is.

Sometimes you just have to go with good enough because getting it done is more important than getting it perfect.

It doesn't matter if you're writing a blog post or making a cake, or building a company; there's no need to keep tweaking until every little detail is just right.

Why?

Because perfectionism keeps us from exploring new opportunities,

it makes us feel like we're not good enough,

or like there's something else out there that would be better than what we've created so far.

(and you are never going to know if there is something better if you never submit it)

.... so next time you find yourself unnecessarily stalling on putting your magic into the world, repeat this

You don't have to get it perfect; you just have to get it done.

Take a deep breath and create, send or submit.

The world is waiting.............
